All orders are shipped via UPS. We have found this to be the most cost effective, reliable method of delivering packages. If, for some reason, you can not receive shipments via UPS, please let us know and other arrangements can be made. Any orders returned to us labeled "RETURNED TO SENDER", returned due to an incorrect address, or any order that has an invalid or incorrect address may be subject to an additional shipping charge.

From time to time we may offer a free shipping program. These free shipping offers are valid in the continental US (excluding AK, HI, PR) only and do not include truck freight or parts that have to be special ordered or shipped from multiple locations. The order is subject to shipping charges if the order, or part of the order, is returned.

Returns-

All of the products that we sell are covered by our 100% guarantee. If you find that the product you ordered is defective or does not perform to your expectations in any way; you can return it for the full purchase price. You must, however, let us know within 30 days after receiving your package that you intend to return it. Returns for sales older than 30 days will not be accepted. Returns for non defective items will not be reimbursed for shipping and handling expenses. Electrical parts can NOT be returned if they have been installed or used. A 15% restocking fee may apply to some non-defective parts. Some items carry a longer warranty if stated in the part description.

The parts that we sell are designed to fit the equipment as it was sold by the manufacturer. We are unable to pay for any shipping expenses or for any damages caused by our parts not fitting due to aftermarket or add-on parts being installed on your tractor.
